Yesterday was a weird day. I'm sick. My condition not in best form. I don't know what happen with my body, or my head, but it feel unhealth.
It began with me and my friend take a meal for our Iftar. We went to Gokana Ramen at CBD Ciledug. I remember I had ordered promotional menu, only IDR 25k exclude tax.
When the food is already to eat, it's look yummy. The smell is good. But when I try to take bite for the chicken katsu, I smell something wrong.
The smell is too stink. Bad smelling. And it affected to taste. Imagine you eat something unfresh, your appatite will lost. You know I have experiences at restaurant so I know as well if meat or anything is not good.
I had ate for one slice. I ask my friend to try. And she said the smell was not good but taste still okay. No. I think the taste is bad as the smell is. So I'm not finished my meal. To be fair, everything except chicken katsu is good.
30 minutes later I feel so sleepy. I asked my friend and she have similar answer. Our theory is because we've just take a meal. So many calories and glucose make us feel sleepy. But I think it happen to me because I lack of my sleeping time. Two days ago I had hangout with my other friend untill 1.30 AM. In the next day I only sleep around 3-4 hours. So make sense if I feel sleepy.
McD is the next place we've visited. Take a ride in 15-20 minutes. I just order ice cream and my friend has ordered coffe jelly float. It's not regular ice cream. Cashier gave a sachet with pink packaging. Powder. The taste is hmm.. yoghurt. So cute when we spread the powder on ice. The powder make ice colorize into pink. But I can't finished my ice because the taste is too strong. Too acid at the end.
And you know what, I feel more sleepy. So I ask her to go home.
As long as my journey from Ciledug to my home, I feel the wind too strong for me. May I wrong to wear my outer. Me usually wear my Grab Bike jacket but yesterday I ware the other one. I promise if I arrived I will take a rest first. I will skipped my Isya pray.
Long way to my home. The route I take is through Chinese funeral. Fortunately it's not too quiet. There are 2-3 cars or motorcycle pass the same route with me.
Finally I've arrived. I take out my clothes then lay on my bed. I can't sleep easily. Something wrong but I can't figure it. May I wrong eat? Lack of sleeping time? Or maybe 'someone' following me when I pass the funeral? I tried to keep out those feeling and concentration to sleep.
Finally I sleep for 90 minutes only. At 11.11 I've woke up. I take Isya pray then try to sleep again but you know, it's hard. Maybe take 2 hours for me so I can sleep again. At 4 AM my Mom wake me up to take a meal for fasting. I ask my Mom if she has Tolak Angin but she said no and she offering me to scrapings my body with coin. In Indonesia popilar with name 'kerokan'. So I said yes and feel better after my Mom give me eucalyptus oil in my back. I sleep after Shubuh. I need more effort for sleep since yesterday.
In the morning I confused. Should I go to work or I just take a rest on my bed. I decide to go to work. My body still not good so I didn't take a bath (sssttt.. don't tell anyone). And this post I wrote while I waiting my computer turn on. So yeah, I must say we must to take care about our self from what we eat, what we wear, and what we think because science said our mental and our minds can affected to our health. I wish everyone who read this post always healthy.
